As a Host (Part-Time / Full-Time):

• Mandatory language requirement: Able to conduct live streaming in Bahasa Malaysia OR English; fluent in Mandarin for internal workplace communication

• No prior livestreaming experience required. Willing to learn automotive and livestream knowledge, full training provided

• Outgoing personality and good at audience interaction

• Responsible work attitude, follow team arrangement and commit to live sessions & debriefs

After Promotion to Live Stream Operations Trainer:

• Real hosting experience — have been a host and understand on-camera performance and live pacing

• Have your own livestream methodology that can be systematized and taught

• Know how to nurture newcomers from scratch; friendly and patient with newcomers

• Understand algorithm rules and traffic logic across major platforms including TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

• Able to write and design live scripts; familiar with various automotive live playstyles

• Good at analyzing competitor live rooms with a data-driven, result-oriented mindset

• Language: able to host in Bahasa Malaysia or English; fluent in Mandarin for internal communication

• Career Path: Start as a Part-Time Host with zero experience (RM80~RM150/hour) → convert to Full-Time Host for outstanding performance (RM10,000+/month) → promote to Full-Time Operations Trainer (RM10,000+/month). Exceptional performers may skip the Full-Time Host stage and be promoted directly to Full-Time Operations Trainer, responsible for training the local host team and driving liveroom performance.
• Live broadcast to local audience in Bahasa Malaysia OR English. All internal communication, training and debrief with China HQ are conducted in Mandarin.
• As a Host (Part-Time / Full-Time): Conduct automotive livestreams on TikTok. Introduce car performance, vehicle features and car-buying information in Bahasa Malaysia or English, answer audience queries and engage potential car-buying audiences (Both on-camera and off-camera modes are optional). Coordinate with the team on livestream schedule, go live at agreed time; conduct post-live debrief sessions with trainers. Study livestream scripts and vehicle information, follow livestream standards from headquarters.
• After Promotion to Live Stream Operations Trainer: Train the Malaysia host team and develop newcomers from scratch. Organize post-live debrief sessions and provide professional advice to hosts. Write and design standardized livestream scripts, implement HQ live standards. Own the liveroom output and performance, continuously optimize live data. Analyze competitor live rooms, extract winning tactics and apply them to the team. Be familiar with various automotive live playstyles; beyond routine streams, keep exploring innovative live formats. Understand algorithm rules and traffic logic across major platforms including TikTok, Facebook and YouTube to guide hosts in boosting exposure and conversion.

• Part-Time start: RM80~RM150/hour, paid based on actual live hours completed.
• Full-Time conversion (Host / Trainer): RM10,000+/month.
