Full Time Senior Associate, SXO Market Operations Jobs, in SGX Group - Maukerja

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join the Securities Exchange Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting Singapore's capital markets ecosystem while leading operational excellence, process transformation, and strategic initiatives across securities listing, trading and clearing and settlement.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of securities market operations, regulations, systems, and processes. An innovative and solutions-oriented leader, the candidate will drive operational resilience, manage key stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the continued development of SGX's securities market infrastructure and services.

• Support the effective execution and governance of daily exchange operations across listings and trading, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, and issuer/member support.
• Support leadership during market incidents, production events, and key operational activities within a 24-hour operating environment.
• Support process reviews and operational improvements through automation, digitalisation, and enhanced controls.
• Support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives to support new products, market enhancements, and platform development.
• Partner closely with regulators, issuers, members, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and market integrity.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in securities market operations, exchange operations, capital markets, banking, or brokerage environments.
• Strong understanding of securities markets, listings, trading practices, trade lifecycle processes, clearing and settlement, corporate actions, exchange rules, and market infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to support several projects. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with AI, SQL, VBA, Python, Power BI, data analytics, or automation technologies will be advantageous.
