The Kuala Lumpur office functions as a regional delivery center driving core investment research, middle-to-back office fund operations, and compliance functions.
About The Job
A 24-month, full-time on-site Management Associate Rotational Programme designed to provide end-to-end exposure across the complete fund lifecycle. The programme is structured into three distinct rotations: Investment Research (covering deal due diligence, DCF/comparables valuation, and deep dives across tech, AI, and defence sectors), Fund Operations & Investment Solutions (managing fund launches, investor onboarding, NAV reporting, structured products, and external counterparty liaison), and Compliance & Risk (handling regulatory filings, KYC/AML screening, and risk monitoring). Top performers transition into a permanent placement across one of the core functions upon completion.
