Job Summary

You will support clinical staff and assist patients throughout their smile journey while ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities

Build trusting relationships with patients by guiding them through their orthodontic treatment journey

Assist clinical staff in delivering high-quality dental care by supporting their daily tasks

Manage front desk duties including patient communication and appointment coordination to ensure efficient clinic flow

Perform sterilization, laboratory, and housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe clinical environment

Use computer skills to update patient records and manage clinic documentation accurately

Demonstrate enthusiasm in learning new skills and sharing knowledge with team members to enhance clinic performance

Exhibit team spirit and commitment by collaborating effectively with colleagues

Required competencies and certifications

Ability to speak and write in English to communicate effectively in an English-speaking environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Competence in computer skills to support clinic administrative tasks

Willingness to assist doctors in all procedures
