Full Time Chief People Officer | Digital Banking Portfolio Company Jobs, in Peak XV Partners - Maukerja

One of our SEA headquartered digital banks is entering their next phase of growth, and they are now looking for a CPO to join the business and enhance their global HR function.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to look at people and organization strategy for a team of over 1,000 employees
• Drive a high-performance culture across all functions including sales, marketing, ops, tech
• Manage a team of more than 10 across geographies
• Own and drive Talent Acquisition for the business, ensuring top-talent is attracted and coming into the business
• Drive an L&D framework to ensure employees are continuously developing and growing
• Drive a strong compensation & benefits framework across the business to ensure market-alignment
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and performance appraisal frameworks
• Manage people operations and end-to-end HR

Requirements

• At least 10 years of HR experience
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup in SEA
• Someone who can act as a strategic partner to the Founder, but also as a hands-on executor
• Someone who can lead and drive a high performance culture across geos
