Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily food outlet operations.
Supervise, train and manage outlet staff, including duty rostering and manpower allocation.
Ensure food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with SFA regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
