Full Time Buyer (Semiconductor Manufacturing) Jobs, in RRecruiter - Maukerja

Core Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Procurement: Manage the purchasing of consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project materials. Execute and track Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Supplier & Strategic Sourcing: Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery, and commercial terms. Evaluate new material requests, onboard new vendors, and optimize existing supplier relationships.
• Demand & Inventory Planning: Forecast material requirements, monitor usage trends, and oversee inventory management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Resolve quality and supply chain disruptions swiftly, communicate vendor/product updates to stakeholders, and ensure strict compliance with corporate procurement policies.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Role):

• Act as the primary procurement lead for major projects and strategic vendor engagements.
• Spearhead supply risk mitigation programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and management reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or production planning, ideally within the semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
• A proactive, highly collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
