Job Description
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in QA/QC, quality inspections, or quality management (fresh graduates are welcomed for junior roles).
- Strong understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific standards.
- Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality documentation.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing at various project or production stages.
- Identify defects or non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, test records, checklists, NCRs, and other required documentation.
- Work closely with engineering, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor supplier and vendor quality performance and conduct material inspection.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and industry standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits where required.
