Identify trending products, local specialties, snacks, beverages, souvenirs, and other products that complement our business.

Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.

Source and approach potential suppliers, brands, and business partners.

Negotiate pricing, profit margins, consignment arrangements, and other commercial terms.

Evaluate product suitability, pricing, and sales potential before recommending new products.

Coordinate product launches with management and outlet operations.

Monitor product sales and profitability to improve product selection and business performance.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

At least 1-year experience in product sourcing, merchandising, purchasing, or business development is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and market research skills.

Commercially minded, proactive, and able to identify promising business opportunities.

Good command of Mandarin is an advantage, particularly when dealing with Mandarin-speaking customers or business partners.

Willing to travel locally to meet suppliers and explore new products.
