Full Time Site Safety Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in INGENIIS ENTERPRISE Pahang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and unsafe working conditions.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Monitor high-risk construction activities, including working at height, lifting operations, scaffolding, excavation and others.
• Assist in preparing and updating HIRARC, Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and emergency response plans.
• Conduct site safety inductions and toolbox meetings for workers and subcontractors.
• Report and assist in investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Monitor corrective actions and ensure identified safety issues are addressed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports and maintain safety records.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, site team, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
• Assist in implementing the project’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plan.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognised Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) qualification and valid DOSH/JKKP registration as required for the role.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site safety.
• Knowledge of construction safety procedures and applicable Malaysian safety regulations.
• Able to prepare safety reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently at construction sites.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
