Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement: Assist lending sales teams by assisting full support for loan processes and documentations, tracking application statuses and central all required documentation keeping.
• Customer Service: Serve as a reliable point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a smooth onboarding and loan disbursement experience.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Conduct preliminary checks on loan applications to ensure complete documentation and alignment with credit guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma
  

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum [1–3] years of working experience within a Consumer Banking or Financial Services environment, ideally with a background in sales support, loan processing, or credit operations
• Foundational knowledge of consumer lending products (such as home loans, personal loans, or refinancing mechanics) and their operational lifecycles
• Proven track record in handling high-volume documentation with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Familiarity with banking compliance procedures, risk guidelines, and basic regulatory frameworks

Competencies/Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation) to maintain, analyze, and report on the sales pipeline
• High level of digital literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to core banking systems and loan origination software
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong aptitude for spotting discrepancies in financial documents and application forms
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships between Sales Executives, Credit Ops, and external customers
