DabaoHub Pte Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Oversee invoicing, payment collection, bank reconciliation and GST submissions.
• Monitor company expenses, budgets and financial performance.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements.
• Support management in financial planning and business decisions.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience; managerial experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, tax and accounting practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Honest, independent, meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
