Responsibilities
NutriFlow is looking for a proactive, highly organized
Operations Manager
to help keep our projects running smoothly and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, brings structure to daily operations, and makes sure things get done — without needing constant follow-up.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate day-to-day operations and keep projects on track.
Manage tasks, deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups.
Coordinate communication between team members, partners, and external contractors.
Support the delivery of our nutrition and wellbeing programs.
Help organize the customer journey, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
Maintain internal documentation, checklists, and operational workflows.
Identify bottlenecks, solve operational issues, and suggest improvements.
Support the founder with operational tasks, freeing up time to focus on business growth.
What we’re looking for:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and solve problems.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to getting things done.
Experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, or business support.
Confidence using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and task-management tools.
Experience in wellness, health, or digital businesses is a plus.
