Responsibilities
Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions supporting PwC Singapore.
Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
Own the existing
Global Integration Demand
project, including enhancements, support, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management.
Manage and support BAU applications and processes, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Deliver new projects and initiatives across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and other enterprise integration technologies.
Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and resolution of complex system issues.
Ensure adherence to development standards, security policies, governance requirements, and ServiceNow best practices.
Mentor junior developers and project team members and provide technical guidance.
Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
Requirements
Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Catalog, Notifications, Integrations, and Custom Applications.
Hands-on experience in working with Glide objects such as Glide form, glide
user, glide system, glide aggregate.
Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications across project and BAU environments, including enhancements, production support, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts, including UI development, APIs, web services, and backend integrations.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, IntegrationHub, and third-party system integrations.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are an advantage.
