Key Responsibilities
- Support and govern Core Banking and Corporate Banking transformation initiatives
- Provide PMO oversight across Lending, Trade Finance, CASA / General Ledger, and Payments programs
- Manage governance activities including RAID, dependencies, change control, and delivery tracking
- Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive / Steering Committee updates
- Coordinate with business, IT, operations, and system integrator teams
- Ensure adherence to banking regulatory, audit, and delivery frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
- Independent PMO ownership within core banking or corporate banking programs
- Banking & Financial Services experience
- Hands-on exposure to Core Banking programs
- Strong domain knowledge in Lending, Trade Finance, CASA / GL, Payments
- Experience working with core banking platforms, payment engines, or lending systems
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive communication skills
