About the Role

Join Tras, a member of the DRB-HICOM Group, and help customers protect their vehicles with the Tras Extended Warranty Programme (EWP).

As a Tras Product Sales Executive, you'll engage with customers at our branches, explain the benefits of our Extended Warranty Programme, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the Tras Extended Warranty Programme (EWP) to customers.
• Identify and engage eligible customers at the showroom and service centre.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Follow up with customers and close sales.
• Work closely with Sales and Service Advisors to generate leads.
• Keep track of sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Good negotiation and product-selling skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commission is provided based on products sold.
