Full Time ADMIN - STOCK COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in TRI-TECH SECURITY PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Admin & Stock Coordinator to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle general administrative and logistics-related duties

• Prepare invoices and delivery documents for customers

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers

• Receive and process customers’ Purchase Orders

• Sort and distribute incoming customer POs to the respective Sales Personnel

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate stock records

• Order and replenish stock when required

• Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries and stock availability

• Track incoming and outgoing stock

• Assist with stock checking and inventory control

• Track maintenance/service contracts, including expiry and renewal dates

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, POs, contracts and related records

• Follow up on outstanding orders and deliveries

• Coordinate with Sales, Suppliers, Customers and Operations

• Perform other administrative and logistics duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with experience in Logistics, Inventory, Warehouse or Administrative work

• Experience handling POs, invoices and stock control will be an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Email

• Organized and able to maintain accurate records

• Able to multitask and follow up on outstanding matters

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Responsible, independent and willing to learn

• Able to work well with Sales and Operations teams
