Responsibilities
Fun Weekend Assignment! Anyone with Hosting Experience Welcome!
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
️ Event Dates: 7th & 8th November (Saturday & Sunday)
Working Hours: 2:30pm – 5:30pm (3 hours/day)
Location: East Singapore (Singapore Expo Hall 6)
Event: Singapore Cat Festival
Job Scope:
️ Host and engage booth visitors to create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere
️ Interact with cat owners and visitors to encourage participation in booth activities & games
️ Announce ongoing promotions, special offers, and must-buy deals over the microphone ️
️ Promote the Spin & Win lucky draw to drive visitor engagement
️ Follow the provided PLC emcee script and key event messaging
️ Coordinate closely with the booth team for timely announcements and activity flow
Requirements:
️ Outspoken, bubbly, and confident personality (professional emcee status not required; students with hosting/school event experience are welcome!)
️ Comfortable and non-fearful around animals, especially cats (Cat owners are a huge plus!)
️ Comfortable engaging crowds and hosting on-site using a microphone ️
️ Able to commit to both event dates (7th & 8th November) ️
