About the Role

We’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant to support our team in recruitment, onboarding and people-related activities.

You’ll be working closely with the team to help identify and engage suitable candidates, coordinate the recruitment process and support a positive experience for applicants and team members.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in HR, recruitment and working with people, and wants to gain practical experience in a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Manage job postings and review applications
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Support onboarding and team engagement activities
• Assist with recruitment events and outreach
• Contribute to improving the overall candidate experience
