The Invoice to Cash (I2C) Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, account reconciliation, and resolution of customer billing issues. The role aims to improve cash flow and maintain healthy customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.
• Follow up on overdue payments and collections.
• Reconcile customer payments and accounts receivable records.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues.
• Prepare aging reports and collection status updates.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and payment records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
