Full Time Customer Service Officer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in GD PRECISION PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
• Provide product information and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with logistics and technical teams for resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
• open PO, DO and invoice
• Deal with customer upon received customer PO
• Key in work order & quotation in Epicor system for all customer
• Open NPI form, contract review & feasibility study
• Arrange out going parts transportation
• Prepare NCR for rejected parts from customer
• Do daily sales order report and sales report
• to check forecast on customer stock
• Support post-sales service and warranty claims.
