Job Title:- Sales Specialist - Proposal

Location:- Kuala Lumpur

Role Summary:-

The Sales Specialist - Proposal is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and compliant techno-commercial proposals for condition monitoring, machinery protection, software, and services solutions. The role partners closely with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Service teams to support customer opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Petrochemical, and Industrial markets while ensuring commercial compliance and profitability.

Essential Responsibilities:-

• Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
• Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.
• Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
• Handles targeted clients
• Discusses sales approach with manager.
• Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
• Handles Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology
• Have 3 -4 years of tender, proposal, commercial operations, sales support, or bid management experience.
• Have tender management experience
• Experience managing RFQs, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment, vibration monitoring, asset condition monitoring, and industrial automation systems (Preferred)
• Experience with machinery protection and condition monitoring solutions – (Preferred)
