Responsibilities
consulting with clients, recommending soft furnishing products, preparing quotations, and meeting sales targets
Core Responsibilities
Customer Consultation:
Meet walk-in clients in showrooms, handle online enquiries via WhatsApp or email, or conduct on-site visits to understand space requirements and design preferences.
Product Recommendations:
Provide expert advice on fabrics, colors, styles, and functional soft furnishings such as curtains, blinds, and outdoor shading solutions.
Sales and Quotations:
Prepare accurate cost proposals, negotiate pricing, secure deposits, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Project Coordination:
Oversee the order fulfillment process from tracking production to coordinating delivery and fitting dates with installation teams.
After-Sales Support:
Handle client feedback, manage payment balances, and ensure a smooth handover for total customer satisfaction.
