Full Time Public Relations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in WILD CHEESE PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

The PR Executive will be responsible for building and protecting Wild Coco's brand image and reputation among media,

customers, partners and the public. This is a newly created, dedicated public relations function distinct from outlet

operations — the successful candidate will focus on external communications, media relations and brand storytelling,

while working closely with the operations team to stay grounded in the day-to-day customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute public relations strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and reputation for Wild

Coco

• Draft press releases, media pitches and brand collateral for local media, food bloggers and lifestyle publications
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, food influencers and industry partners
• Plan and coordinate PR-related events, media tastings, brand collaborations and launches
• Monitor media coverage, online reviews and social sentiment, and prepare regular brand reputation reports
• Draft and manage responses to public enquiries, media queries and reputation-sensitive customer feedback in

partnership with the operations team

• Support crisis communications planning and response as required
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to align PR messaging with broader brand and marketing campaigns
• Be physically present on the ground at Wild Coco outlet(s) during lunch peak hours to observe customer

touchpoints, gather ground-level insights, and identify stories, feedback trends or reputational issues relevant to

PR planning

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders such as media, partners and members of the public
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Prior experience in food & beverage, hospitality or customer-facing service roles is a strong advantage
