Contract Support Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,400 in Agensi Pekerjaan Recruit Express Selangor - Maukerja

Degree in any discipline, or STPM/Diploma with relevant working experience.

4–6 years of total working experience, including 1–3 years of relevant experience in Technical Helpdesk, IT Support, Customer Service or Telecommunications.

Basic knowledge of router setup, configuration, Wi-Fi settings and LAN/WAN connectivity troubleshooting.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.

Mandarin or other Mandarin dialects is an added advantage.

Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.

Willing to work on shifts.

Provide Level 2 technical support for fibre broadband, internet connectivity, VoIP services, routers and related devices.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, ensuring timely service restoration.

Manage customer cases, provide regular updates and ensure issues are resolved within the required service targets.

Prioritise technical support for VIP and SME customers.

Monitor service disruptions and coordinate planned maintenance notifications with relevant teams.

Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate troubleshooting and issue resolution.
