Full Time Project Architect Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Lindaya Development Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Coordinate design and development of architectural projects from development to completion
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor project timelines, design quality, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Attend site meetings, coordinate site matters, and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
• Ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant building regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in an architectural consultancy firm. Experience in 1-2 completed projects will be ideal.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with client and project team.
• Good knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, and local authority submission procedures.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented.
• Candidate will be required to drive/travel for this position.
• Familiar with Architecture & C&S drawing and specifications for construction projects
• Computer literate (AutoCAD)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
