• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Development or related fields. Candidates with relevant practical experience are also welcome.

• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.

• Fresh graduates with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.

• Basic video shooting and editing skills using CapCut or similar applications.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Creative, responsible, organised and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital channels.

• Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

• Monitor social media trends and explore creative ideas to improve online visibility.

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Assist in designing and updating product catalogues, brochures and other marketing materials.

Digital Advertising & E-Commerce

• Assist in managing online advertising campaigns through Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms.

• Support promotional activities on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

• Monitor campaign performance, online engagement and customer responses.

• Identify opportunities to improve online traffic, brand visibility and sales conversion.

• Coordinate with external designers, content creators or agencies when required.

Market Research (Supporting Role)

• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify potential business opportunities.

• Assist in exploring new online sales channels and potential business partnerships.

• Support the preparation of business proposals and presentations when required.

• Coordinate with the sales team on marketing initiatives to support business growth.
