Full Time B2B Sales Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in MANGOSTEEEN BOOKS SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

We are a Malaysian leading online book publisher. We are looking for a driven Business-to-business sales officer to grow our presence with bookstores, schools and institutional buyers.

Key responsibilities:

• Sell to bookstores and chains, distributors and wholesalers, school bookshops, libraries, and corporate or institutional buyers.
• Prospect and onboard new accounts, such as independent bookstores, schools and tuition centres, and companies buying books for gifting or bulk orders.
• Take orders, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team on delivery.
• Monitor stock at retail partners, do reconciliation and returns, and follow up on sales reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and keep within agreed credit terms.
• Present new titles and catalogues to buyers, and share promo, discount and marketing support terms.
• Coordinate book fairs, roadshows, school visits and trade events.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• ±1 year of B2B or field sales experience (publishing, retail or education is an advantage). Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with accounting or inventory software is a bonus
• Own transport and a valid driving licence
• Willing to travel for client visits and to work occasional weekends during events
