Full Time Lead, Operational Risk Jobs, in OCBC Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze risk management data to identify trends and potential issues
• Develop and maintain risk management reports, dashboards, and other tools to support risk decision-making
• Collaborate with risk managers and business stakeholders to implement risk management processes and procedures
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on risk management processes and procedures

Job Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices, with experience in regulatory compliance
