About the Role

We are looking for an Agency Operations Specialist to support and develop agency partnerships within our live streaming and digital entertainment platform.

This role focuses on agency onboarding, relationship management, performance monitoring, and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with agency partners and internal teams to improve agency performance, platform engagement, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new agency partners in accordance with platform policies and operational requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with agency leaders and key partners.
• Support agency partners by providing guidance, operational resources, and platform-related insights.
• Assist agencies with onboarding, compliance, moderation, incentive programs, and other operational matters.
• Monitor agency performance metrics, including host activity, user engagement, recharge performance, and retention.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for agency growth and improvement.
• Provide timely coaching, recommendations, and action plans based on agency performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve agency support processes.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance the agency ecosystem, platform operations, and user experience.
• Maintain accurate records of agency activities, performance, and operational follow-ups.
• Stay informed about relevant platform policies, content guidelines, incentive programs, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in agency management, partner operations, live streaming, digital entertainment, talent management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with business partners.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational issues professionally and efficiently.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with performance data, dashboards, and basic operational metrics.
• Basic understanding of live streaming platform operations, content policies, moderation, or incentive programs is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site and according to the designated working schedule.

Working Arrangement

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Check-in Window: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
