Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or equivalent

5+ years in metal stamping tooling

Tool making, machining, grinding, fitting, troubleshooting, measuring instruments, stamping process knowledge

Tool downtime reduction; On-time tool readiness; Tool quality and defect reduction; 5S compliance

Tool room and production support environment

Preventive and corrective maintenance capabilit

Root cause analysis and corrective action

Suggest and implement improvements

Interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, and tooling specifications

Manufacture, assemble and adjust stamping dies and tooling components

Perform preventive maintenance and tool repair

Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions

Support new tool try-out, and production launch

Monitor tool performance and recommend improvements

Maintain records of tool modifications and maintenance

Ensure compliance with safety and 5S requirements
