Full Time Process Engineer (Manufacturing Experience) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in AUREUMAEX MEDISAFE (M) SDN. BHD. Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

1. Injection and Tooling Arrangement

• Support injection molding process activities and tooling arrangements to ensure smooth production operations.
• Coordinate tooling preparation, installation, trials, and validation for new and existing projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting injection molding and tooling-related issues to improve process stability and product quality.
• Work closely with Production, Tooling, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve process-related concerns.

2. Documentation and Process Control

• Prepare, maintain, and update process documentation related to injection molding and tooling activities.
• Ensure process parameters, work instructions, setup sheets, and tooling records are properly documented and controlled.
• Maintain accurate records of injection trials, process changes, troubleshooting activities, and improvement actions.
• Ensure all process documents comply with internal procedures and quality system requirements.

3. New Project Technical Follow-Up

• Support new project development activities, including process preparation, tooling readiness, and injection trial arrangements.
• Follow up on project progress, technical requirements, and process-related action items to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues during project development and product launch.
• Assist in process validation, trial evaluation, and implementation of corrective actions before mass production.
• Monitor project readiness and provide technical updates to relevant stakeholders.

4. Technical Support and Team Coordination

• Provide technical support to Production and related departments on injection molding process issues.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring problems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, process efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective communication, timely follow-up, and successful completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other process engineering duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in related field

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Age: 26-30 years old

Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
