PROJECT EXECUTION PERIOD

1.      To attend technical and business workshop with eKYC vendor

2.      To review technical documentation prepared by eKYC vendor

3.      To review solution architecture and application design

4.      To manage environment version controls for package delivery from vendor

5.      To setup and manage CICD pipeline if applicable

6.      To setup environment SIT/UAT/PROD/DR working with vendor

7.      To manage deployment packages in all environments

8.      To create SIT Test cases and execute SIT testing

9.      To support UAT testing and issue troubleshooting

10.  To review Performance test , Penetration , DR test strategy

11.  To support Performance test, Penetration test execution

12.  To coordinate with IT Security on hardening activities and key management activities handling

13.  Prepare rollout checklist packages RCOM/Package/Documentation

14.  Execute Implementation plan working with various IT teams and vendors

15.  To attend training by vendor and perform knowledge transfer to support the system

16.  To review the archival and purging strategy with vendor and business users

BAU POST LIVE PERIOD

1. To manage the new CR or Model changes from stakeholder together with vendor based on the SDLC cycle
2. To perform Impact Analysis on vendor’s CR solution design to fit RHB ecosystem or Model changes impacting RHB ecosystem
3. To create /update tech specs when changes are applicable

4.      To monitor timeline of development is on track

5.      To manage environment version controls for package delivery from vendor

6.      To manage deployment packages in all environments

7.      To create and execute SIT testing

8.      To support UAT testing and issue troubleshooting

9.      To work with vendor on Performance test and Penetration test

1. To create production rollout preparation packages RCOM/Package/Documentation
2. To execute Implementation to Production and DR environment
3. To perform BAU activities to ensure application is healthy and meet the SLA uptime :
4. Work with vendor on the yearly capacity review
5. Work with vendor on scheduling the year /bi year DR activities
6. Work with vendor to notify if any patch implementation
7. Work with vendor to review the housekeeping and archival plans and strategy

13.  To be the 2nd level support for eKYC production issue

14.  To identify emerging trends and challenges of the solution

15.  To review users feedback and identify areas of improvement
