Position: Business Development Executive Job Description:

• Identify and connect with potential clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable financial protection solutions.
• Participate in training, coaching and team development sessions.
• Work towards individual and team performance targets.
• Manage client follow-ups and maintain good customer service.

Requirements:

• Preferably aged 25–35.
• Based around KL, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya or nearby areas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and open to new challenges.

• Based in Putrajaya.

Income Potential: RM4,500–RM16,000 for full-time, subject to the actual compensation structure and performance.
