Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily hub operations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.

Supervise daily hub, sorting, dispatch, and delivery operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely shipments
Coordinate drivers, vehicles, routes, and delivery schedules to optimize logistics performance
Monitor shipments actively and resolve delivery or operational issues promptly to maintain service quality
Ensure accurate handling, scanning, sorting, and documentation of goods to maintain inventory integrity
Monitor team performance and allocate daily workload to meet operational targets
Maintain detailed operational and delivery reports for tracking and analysis
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures to uphold workplace standards
Support improvements in productivity and operational efficiency through process evaluation and team collaboration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence (advantageous for coordinating vehicle operations)
