Full Time Store Supervisor (with Driving Duties) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in Novaco Resources Selangor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor supports daily store and logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between inventory, delivery, and customer service. This role includes assisting in supervision of store activities, supporting the sales team by delivering goods to customers when required, and maintaining timely and accurate reporting to the Store Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store & Operations Support

• Assist in supervising daily store operations, inventory handling, and stock arrangement.
• Monitor goods movement (incoming and outgoing) and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support inventory audits and ensure stock levels are maintained according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage and retail areas.

2. Delivery & Driving Responsibilities

• Serve as a backup driver to deliver goods to customers when needed.
• Ensure goods are delivered in a timely, safe, and professional manner.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods and obtaining customer confirmation upon delivery.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition and adhere to traffic and safety regulations.

3. Sales Support

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
• Assist in preparing goods for delivery or customer collection.
• Provide basic customer service during delivery when required.

4. Reporting & Communication

• Report daily activities, issues, and stock movements to the Store Executive.
• Communicate effectively with team members and Store executive to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support the Store Executive in implementing store policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driving license
• Able to drive a company vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or related fields.
• Physically fit and able to handle goods.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
