Basic Salary:
Up to $5,500
Benefits:
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus (VB) of up to 2.5 months
Working Days:
Monday to Friday
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Additional Requirements:
Able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Plan and maintain content calendars for marketing campaigns and events.
Create engaging digital content, including graphics, photographs, captions and short-form videos.
Plan and execute organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
Manage social media advertising budgets, targeting and campaign optimisation.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Provide on-site content coverage for events and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, event organisers and external agencies on marketing initiatives.
Support website updates, email marketing and other digital marketing activities.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related disciplines.
Minimally 2 years of relevant digital marketing or social media experience.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar tools.
Familiar with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media analytics.
Good writing, photography and video editing skills.
Creative, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Able to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
Experience in events, hospitality or related industries is an advantage.
