Full Time Project Manager (Banking) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 14,000 in GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources.
• Track budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and budget.
• Support project governance, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, project finances, and resource allocation.
• Drive transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking.

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Proven delivery experience in Technology, Digital transformation, and Corporate Banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services, with knowledge of CASA, loans and lending products, treasury and market products, accounting and general ledger, payments and cash management, and regulatory reporting requirements, including MAS and JFSA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technology, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
