Full Time Technical Executive (CIDB Compliance - Air Conditioning Installation) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in LX PANTOS Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a motivated technical professional to support air conditioning installation projects and assist in maintaining compliance with CIDB technical personnel requirements. Fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and installation experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of air conditioning installation projects.
• Assist with site inspections, quality checks, and technical assessments.
• Coordinate with installers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Support compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or other construction-related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Mandatory exposure or experience in air conditioning installation, HVAC systems, or related M&E works.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Malaysian Citizen.
• Able to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or practical experience related to HVAC or air conditioning installation.
• Basic knowledge of project coordination and site operations.
• Familiarity with construction and safety practices.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
