Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Develop and implement SOPs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lead and support branch teams to achieve performance and productivity targets.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
Collaborate with marketing to drive promotions and increase brand awareness.
Resolve customer feedback and operational issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an outlet/branch manager in beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, or brand development is a plus.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
