Job description

• Derive category strategies and portfolio expansion in terms of developing category strategy roadmap and product positioning
• Leading development of Zone innovation and renovation
• Driving product cost optimization and competitiveness to attain desired results
• Support zone marketing and execute any global research, advertising campaign, NPD and Foodservice program and event at country level as required
• Prepare management reports and analysis to track brand health performance, category performance, market share, product and pricing information and analysis

Job specification

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines, MBA will have added advantage
• At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably from FMCG industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skill
• Willing to travel overseas for assignment whenever required
