• Oversee air logistics gateway operations for both import and export cargo flows
• Manage and optimise allocated airline capacity to ensure efficient utilisation and service reliability
• Coordinate uplift planning and capacity allocation to meet customer service commitments
• Source additional airline capacity when required to support operational demand
• Liaise with airline partners and GSAs on space availability, bookings, and performance tracking
• Support airfreight consolidation and build-up planning to improve cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety, security, and regulatory requirements
• Provide pricing and commercial support for spot quotations, RFQs, and trade lane opportunities
• Collaborate with procurement and commercial teams to align pricing with market conditions and capacity availability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and finance to support end-to-end service delivery
