Job Description

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Sales Support.

  • Diploma in Sales Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

  • Excellent organization, multitasking, communication, and attention to detail.

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Power, or Energy preferred.

  • English – spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, travel, and meeting arrangements.

  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and sales documents.

  • Maintain customer databases and sales records.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.

  • Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, training, and workshops.

  • Support sales reporting, document management, and general administration.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on action items.
