Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for the Singapore business, driving business development, operational performance, financial management, and long-term growth. The role works closely with senior management and stakeholders to establish business strategies and ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and growth plans.
• Provide executive leadership across business operations.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and business targets.
• Develop strategic relationships with clients and business partners.
• Lead and motivate senior management and operational teams.
• Monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure effective governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Represent the company in key business and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive senior-management or executive leadership experience.
• Strong business-development and commercial-management experience.
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
