About the Role

We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, resolving escalated issues across systems, networks, and end-user environments.

Requirements

• 3- 5 years of IT support/service desk experience

• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience troubleshooting OS-level and network issues

• Ability to work independently while escalating complex cases appropriately

• Resolve operating system failures and network connectivity issues

• Manage Active Directory account configurations

• Troubleshoot and support M365 tenant issues

• Handle escalated tickets beyond initial L1 triage

• Work independently on standard support cases with low-to-moderate oversight
