• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in property or hospitality is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Comfortable using computers.

• Own transport is preferred. Candidates without their own vehicle must possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable driving an MPV when required.

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-stay properties and ensure they are clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.

• Manage bookings, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs through booking platforms and other communication channels.

• Coordinate and supervise cleaners and maintenance teams, and ensure work is completed to the expected standard.

• Arrange repairs, maintenance and replenishment of household supplies when required.

• Keep property listings, availability, pricing and other relevant information up to date.
