Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Students are welcomed to apply for part time position.

Effective problem-solving skills with organizational and multitasking skills.

Able to work independently and adapt in fast paced environment.

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively.

Mandarin proficiency and basic understanding of e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Multiple positions available for Full time and Part time.

Working Hours: Shift Based. 6 days per week. Monday to Sunday, 10am to 6.30pm/ 10am to 4pm/ 6pm to 11pm.

Work from home option is available after confirmation.

Handle customers’ enquiries and feedback at E-commerce market place (such as Lazada and Shopee), Facebook and Instagram.

Build client relationships with your friendliness, courteousness, and speedy response.

Promptly and accurately complete all related administrative activities, in accordance with relevant service standards and customer satisfaction.

Undertake outbound customer relationship management calls as necessary.

Prepare reports on customer trend and support Manager to continuously review process, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive feedback and implements process improvements where appropriate.

Any other ad-hoc tasks when required.
