Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 1 years of HR working experience. 

Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital systems and driving systematic, process-driven ways of working.

Detailed oriented, organized, analytical, digital savvy

Good interpersonal skill and being people oriented are important.

Good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency in Multimedia skills will be an added advantage

Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Location : Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Take charge of all Learning Management and Resources Management.

Manage and qualify content for Learning Management System (LMS) aligning with business goals of company.

Involve in all other HR areas such as hiring process, HR system on attendance and pay processing, staff engagement initiatives.
