Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Proficiency in using SQL Accounting software for financial record-keeping and reporting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with diverse clientele and internal teams.

Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable, process invoices, and reconcile bank statements.

Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and compliance.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts regularly.

Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Utilize SQL Accounting software for all accounting tasks and data management.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support business decisions.
