Job Description

• Assist in investigating student misconduct and bullying cases.
• Monitor and guide students serving No-Play Time andin-house suspension.
• Provide classroom support for students with behavioural issues.
• Manage students during time-out sessions and guide them through restorative practices.
• Assist with house visits alongside HODs and Year Heads.
• Maintain and compile student discipline records,i ncluding latecomers and serious offences.
• Conduct Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and Executive Functioning Skills activities.
• Support after-school enrichment programmes for high-needs students.
• Provide additional student management support andperform other school duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience workingwith children in schools, community or correctional settings.
• Preferably a Diploma in Child Psychology,Education, Early Childhood Education, Developmental Psychology or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with young students(Primary 1–3).
• Positive attitude and strong belief in children's potential and development.
